He has a deep understanding to define both the contingent and strategic workforce solutions and pioneers in defining cutting edge technology analytics and reporting platforms for recruitments to enable firms to be state of the art and scale up faster. Prior to starting CrossTab he worked as a director @ Indus Valley Partners which is a leading provider of technology consulting solutions for hedge funds. He was instrumental in defining the framework to hire over 200 top quality Fintech consultants every year, besides recruitment he has keen interest in infrastructure implementations and was one of the first users of google enterprise apps in India. He has has helped define the BCP(Business Continuity Planning), Cloud and Virtualized Infra, security, Issue tracking systems for several Investment Banks and hedge funds in the US/ UK and SE Asia.
