Position – 1

Senior Director/ AVP– Digital & Applications (Account Manager)

Location – NJ/NY

  1. Responsible to grow our digital & Application services footprint with 5-10 M$ portfolio
  2. Actively identify new opportunities across accounts, pursuing and executing deals focused in creating compelling solutions from our services portfolio.
  3. Focus Areas –Digital & Application Development, Integration, QA, Analytics, Data Warehouse, Big Data and Cloud
  4. Vertical – Retail and/ or Healthcare
  5. Individual contributor role
  6. Developing strategies and campaigns for penetrating the assigned accounts & supporting cross selling
  7. Must be able to travel as required


Position – 2

Sr. Director/AVP – BPO / Customer Support (Hunter Role / New Logos)

Location – Bay Area / Mid West / NJ

  1. With deep industry connections and helps open doors for CSS leveraging his/her rolodex
  2. Take over P&L Responsibility of our Customer Support/ Experience business
  3. Help define GTM offering strategy based on market demands
  4. Experience managing a portfolio of 100-200 M$ across multiple accounts
  5. Manage and build a team of 3-4 people
  6. Willingness to travel as needed
  7. Vertical : Primarily focused on Hi-Tech, Telecom, Media, Gaming, XaaS, Retail & e-Commerce domains

Key Services to Sell – Customer Experience Management Services (BPO, Tech Support, Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, Premium Support, etc.) & Good to have – New Age Digital Services (Content Management, Moderation, Social, Automation, RPA, Chat, etc.)
