Senior Director/ AVP– Digital & Applications (Account Manager)
Location – NJ/NY
- Responsible to grow our digital & Application services footprint with 5-10 M$ portfolio
- Actively identify new opportunities across accounts, pursuing and executing deals focused in creating compelling solutions from our services portfolio.
- Focus Areas –Digital & Application Development, Integration, QA, Analytics, Data Warehouse, Big Data and Cloud
- Vertical – Retail and/ or Healthcare
- Individual contributor role
- Developing strategies and campaigns for penetrating the assigned accounts & supporting cross selling
- Must be able to travel as required
Position – 2
Sr. Director/AVP – BPO / Customer Support (Hunter Role / New Logos)
Location – Bay Area / Mid West / NJ
- With deep industry connections and helps open doors for CSS leveraging his/her rolodex
- Take over P&L Responsibility of our Customer Support/ Experience business
- Help define GTM offering strategy based on market demands
- Experience managing a portfolio of 100-200 M$ across multiple accounts
- Manage and build a team of 3-4 people
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Vertical : Primarily focused on Hi-Tech, Telecom, Media, Gaming, XaaS, Retail & e-Commerce domains
