Our client is looking for a Sr.Instructional Designer for Trivendrum Location.Its an MNC and rated as 3rd Largest IT Product Development company across the globe.

The Sr Instructional Designer will work with Subject Matter Experts and other Instructional Design team members to create curriculum assets. The Sr Instructional Designer will use strong interpersonal, written, and instructional design skills to design and develop Instructor-led and elearning course curriculum. The Sr Instructional Designer will ensure that these curriculum assets are developed and maintained according to company and training standards and processes.

·       Senior experience applying Instructional Design and curriculum development principles

·       Experience delivering leader-led training (remote and onsite)

·       Strong Microsoft office application skills

·       Strong elearning development program skills

·       Proven ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and fast changing business environment

·       Desire to continuously learn new features of development tools and software

·       Ability to work independently or within a team environment and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously



·       Conduct a needs analysis with subject matter experts and other stakeholders and present findings and training recommendations

·       Design and develop training programs and courses using leader-led (onsite and virtual) and elearning approaches as appropriate based on the needs assessment

·       Define objectives for a course and/or curriculum

·       Develop course content based on input from subject matter experts, technical documentation, previous training courses, etc. Ensure courses have sufficient learning interaction and application to engage learners and retain learning

·       Develop instructor-led curriculum with curriculum assets such as facilitator’s guides, presentation slides, participant materials. Develop these to be delivered by an instructor either onsite or virtually

·       Develop elearning curriculum such as procedural videos and elearning. Create elearning storyboards, author elearning courses with industry-standard authoring tools and templates

·       Design knowledge checks, assessments and meaningful course interactions to increase learning and retention

·       Validate course at multiple stages of development and make or document required changes

·       Work with subject matter experts and course sponsors to collect feedback and integrate it into curriculum

·       Create project schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Keep track of project tasks and status using online project management software

·       Complete various training, project management, and administrative tasks as needed

·       Participate in team brainstorming and strategy meetings to help define goals and direction

·       Keep up to date on training development tools, trends, and ideas

·       Mentor and support Instructional Designers as per manager’s direction
